St. Augustine Seafood Company

We have eaten at a lot of places in SA and always avoid anything that appears that it might be very commercial. We looked at several places as we walked St. George and decided to give this a try. They locally source the seafood when possible and the lemonade benefits the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum. I ordered the blackened mahi. It was delicious. Honestly, I did scrape off some of the seasoning as it was a little salty for me, but it was cooked perfectly. My hubby had a red snapper sandwich. The fish was grilled and had apple jicama slaw, which was delicious! But, my fave were the conch fritters. What a treat. That plus the very friendly girl at the counter. Yum!
